Lo vuelvo a poner. Artículos 3.15 y 3.17.8 del reglamento técnico de la FIA:

3.15 Aerodynamic influence :
With the exception of the driver adjustable bodywork described in Article 3.18 (in addition to
minimal parts solely associated with its actuation) and the ducts described in Article 11.4, any
specific part of the car influencing its aerodynamic performance :
- Must comply with the rules relating to bodywork.
- Must be rigidly secured to the entirely sprung part of the car (rigidly secured means not
having any degree of freedom).
- Must remain immobile in relation to the sprung part of the car.
Any device or construction that is designed to bridge the gap between the sprung part of the
car and the ground is prohibited under all circumstances.
No part having an aerodynamic influence and no part of the bodywork, with the exception of
the skid block in 3.13 above, may under any circumstances be located below the reference
plane.
With the exception of the parts necessary for the adjustment described in Article 3.18, any car
system, device or procedure which uses driver movement as a means of altering the
aerodynamic characteristics of the car is prohibited.

Es decir, según lo resaltado en amarillo, cualquier parte específica del coche con influencia en su aerodinámica tiene que mantenerse inmóvil en relación a la parte suspendida del coche (lo que no es ruedas y suspensiones). Y ese alerón se mueve como un flan.

Vale que los materiales no pueden tener una rigidez infinita, pero si que pueden hacerse alerones que no hagan eso, como es evidente en otros equipos.

Por otro lado el Art. 3.17.8:

3.17.8 In order to ensure that the requirements of Article 3.15 are respected, the FIA reserves the
right to introduce further load/deflection tests on any part of the bodywork which appears to
be (or is suspected of), moving whilst the car is in motion

Es decir la FIA, con objeto de asegurar que lo regulado en el artículo 3.15 se respeta, la FIA se reserva el derecho de introduccir nuevos tests de carga y flexión, a cualquier parte del "Bodywork" (y el alerón delantero es "Front Bodywork") que parezca (o se sospeche) que se mueve cuando el coche está en marcha.

En clarito,........Si mañana le sale del nabo a Charlie Whiting hacer un test en el que se pongan 100 newtons en el extremo posterior del alerón y que no se pueda flexionar más de 1,2 ó los centímetros que le de la gana, Red-Bull ya no puede llevar eso a Austin.

Es ilegal. Lo que falta es aplicar el test adecuado para demostrarlo.

Te faltan por marcar dos partes..

¿Tiene o no tiene el aleron 'libertad de movimiento en el eje vertical?

la construccion del morro ¿aumenta, mantiene o reduce la distancia al suelo de la parte suspendida (el aleron y resto del coche)?
