"The unique challenge of racing around the streets of Monaco means cars run in a configuration not used elsewhere. The suspension is softer to cope with the bumps and crown in the road, as much downforce is bolted on as possible without regard to drag, the steering has to be adjusted to provide more lock to get around the tight hairpin. Even the driver's seating position can be changed to improve visibility if necessary. 'I like being lower in the car most places,' Jenson Button said. 'Here I'll start lower, but we have an option of making me a bit higher without having to change my position in the seat. I think a lot of people do the same thing.'"
