No track testingmay take place :
a) Whilst a Championship Eventistaking place.
b) During themonth of August except under c)iv) below.
c) Between the start ofthe week preceding the first Event ofthe Championship and 31
December ofthe same year with the following exceptions:
i) One three day test carried out on a site approved by the FIA for Formula 1 cars.
ii) One three day young drivertraining test, carried out on a site approved by the FIA
for Formula 1 cars either, between the end ofthe last Event ofthe Championship
and 31December ofthe same year or, at any othertime during the Championship
season following the agreement of all competitors and the FIA.No driver who has
competed inmore than two F1 World Championship racesmay take partin this
test and all driversmust be in possession of an International A Licence.
Pero no dice nada de sanciones. La única por el tema de tets pilotos sustitutos, que penalizan con menos días de test para el año siguiente (ojo no hagan esto aplicado a 3 días):
- If a team, having declared the driver's substitution and performed the test, does not then enter an Event with the new driver, the team will be penalised by a reduction of one day from the pre-season track testing days available in the following year.
