Contrary to previous reports, Ferrari are expected to retain pull-rod front suspension on their 2014 car, the name of which will be decided by an online public vote. This drawing shows the general difference between the front of last year's chassis (left side) and its successor (right side). Regulation changes for this season require a reduction in chassis height in this section from 625mm to 525mm. This means the pull rod angle is now less extreme - before it was almost horizontal (see red arrows).
