11:38 I've just spoken to Pirelli who say the use of development tyres, seen on Sebastian Vettel's Ferrari earlier today, is part of a programme to test the quality of the tyres being produced in its back-up production plant in Romania. Traditionally, the tyres are made in Turkey but as a precaution, Pirelli wants to ensure its Romanian plant is capable of producing the tyres to the required standard. The tyres have been made available to every team and it's up to them whether they choose to run it. This week it is testing the medium. The plan is to run a similar test next week, though the compound to be tested has yet to be decided.
