Opinión de un forero de Autosport:
"With a performance this poor, it's likely a lot of things at once:
Suzuka requiring maximum high-speed downforce and maximum power (McLaren/Honda's weakness) + Suzuka's relative absence of braking zones into low/mid-speed corners (McLaren/Honda's strength) + Sunday's situation of Hard tires/high pressures/cool track added to the insufficient power/insufficient downforce = pretty much impossible.
The recent good results have masked the reality that McLaren and Honda are still currently working to put out the fires of 2013-2015, so this isn't a bad reality check imo."
-------
Lo primero, lo que yo decía: Suzuka lo requiere todo. Máximo downforce y máxima potencia. El Mclaren no se puede configurar de esa forma. No hay motor para tirar por un alto downforce.
Lo de los neumáticos se refieren a esto (otro dato diferente a otros circuitos):
Track temps..
Spa...35oC
Monza...37oC
Singapore...34oC
Sepang...59oC
Suzuka...24oC
