BBC Sport's Andrew Benson at Silverstone: "The F1 technical bosses are now out of their emergency meeting, and Red Bull team principal Christian Horner tells Ted Kravitz that they are 'trying to find a solution'. He says both Red Bull and the FIA have offered concessions, which mean Red Bull will continue to run for the rest of the weekend under the ruling FIA race director Charlie Whiting issues on Saturday morning. Horner believes that puts them at a disadvantage compared to the Mercedes team, but not everyone agrees with that. It sounds like another ruling will be made ahead of the next race in Germany in two weeks' time.'"
