you can either do what Norak says or you can hold the power button. At first you hear one beep and if you wait about 30 seconds you will hear to beeps less than 5 seconds apart. It will say restore default settings or something like that and it will have 9 options ( i think) just look at this youtube video and you will know how to do it.
